Program Award Winner - Michael Angelo Caruso

Michael Angelo Caruso (left), fellow Rotarian from Troy Rotary Club of Michigan, was in attendance and addressed the Club. President Paul Perez bestowed upon him the PL Rotary Lakie for "Program Award Winner" for achieving the largest attendance at a meeting this year.
