David Paxson, president of World Population Balance, will speak about raising awareness of the critical importance of stabilizing human numbers with finite and declining vital resources.

He has made two trips with club members to South America to work on WCS projects. He also participated in a joint Rotary and United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) conference in New York along with Past RI President, Frank Devlyn of Mexico.
