Joleen SharpThe Fortunate Orphans is a gripping tale of mystery and intrigue based on the aftermath of the Battle of the Bulge. It is the story of four American soldiers who survive a massacre and return to Europe 65 years later to seek revenge. Growing up as the son of a veteran Navy officer of both the Atlantic and Pacific World War II theaters and himself a veteran Army officer during the Vietnam War, Craig has much experience on which to base this novel. In addition, Craig just got back from a month in the jungles of Borneo. He was on an expedition looking for the remains of WWII aircraft.
