Sue Ring Jarvi, age 74, is the leader of ice hockey for more than 50 years.  She started a program back in 1974 and got a team of women of all ages together to play hockey because they love the sport and do not want to quit playing. She started the first women's hockey club team before a NCAA-sanctioned program existed. Since then, the Gopher women have won six NCAA championships. This club has brought multi-generational familes together on the ice. She comments, "if you have a love and passion for something, look at what you can build"!  After he will have her book available for purchase "Can You Keep Up?", $26, Venmo, cash or check is accepted.
