Well...they did it.  Seven of our illustrious Rotarians braved 15 degree temperature to not only walk out on the lake in shorts and t-shirts, but then jump in a hole in the ice!  At roughly 12:40 on Saturday, Guy Selinske, Kyle Haugen, Doug Gesme, Corey Stich, Ken Hedberg, Bill Schult and Dan O'Keefe completed the Polar Bear Plunge.  From all accounts, the worst part was coming out of the water after the jump, and before they were able to make it to the hot tub and warming....although the water was pretty frigid as well!  All in all, no one got hurt, everyone warmed up after the jump, and a total of $3,830 was raised for the Special Olympics from our 7 Rotarians.  Congrats to the 7 of them on representing our club, and thanks to everyone who helped donate to the cause!
