Rodney Seurer talks about Minnesota Special Olympics

Rodney Seurer, Savage Chief of Police, talked to our Rotary Club about the law enforcement's involvement in the Minnesota Special Olympics. He also discussed their fundraising efforts through the Torch Run and the upcoming Polar Bear Plunge, which will be held in Prior Lake on Saturday February 16th.
