Huge congratulations to fellow Prior Lake Rotarian Sherry Hoffman for completing the 64-mile El Tour de Tucson ride to help end polio! Not only did Sherry crush this incredible challenge, but she did it to raise awareness and funds for the global fight against polio. Her dedication, training, and determination paid off as she crossed the finish line with strength and pride.
Sherry took on this challenge not only as a personal milestone but as a fundraising effort to support the ongoing fight to eradicate polio worldwide. With your help a total of $9,152 was rasied to End Polio, surpassing her goal of $5,000! This accomplishment is more than a cycling achievement—it represents hope for countless children and families who benefit from global polio vaccination and eradication efforts. Sherry’s ride helps ensure that we continue moving closer to a world where polio is history.
Please join me in congratulating Sherry on this outstanding achievement and in thanking her for using her talents and energy to make a difference. Way to go, Sherry – you’re making a difference, one pedal at a time!
